Though this specific kit can no longer be purchased itself, the products included inside the kit can. Therefore, I decided it was worth while to review its contents and do a simple look with them and see how much lasting power they have as a whole! So, continue reading if you are interested in my take on the 10 products included in this nifty little kit!
As you can probably see from the image above there are some pretty awesome products included in this kit. BUT sense, as I stated before, this kit is no longer available (unless some lucky person can find it on Ebay) take this as a product by product review. Let’s get started.
The first product I pulled out of the kit was the Original Beauty Blender. I don’t want to spend too much time on this product, because we all know it is a tried and true way to do many steps of your makeup routine. It’s safe to say I love this product and was glad to receive it.

This perfume (Elizabeth and James Nirvana Black) was the main reason I purchased the kit. I absolutely love it! With its notes of sandalwood, violet, and vanilla; this perfume gives off a really warm, sexy scent.

Does the Urban Decay all nighter makeup setting spray really need another review? No, but I am doing one anyway! I love this product, I have gone through a few full sizes of this sucker and was very pleased to receive a travel size of it within this kit. Travel size setting sprays come in handy much more than you would think in a 20 year old woman’s life!

I was not very fond of the Makeup Forever primer that was included. It didn’t actually do much as a primer and acted more as a moisturizer, which I should have expected because of the name. There are a few other formulations of this primer ( only at Sephora) that I am willing to try, but this one just was not meant for me, which is surprising, sense my skin tends to be very dry. I would also like to mention that this sample literally had one use in it. How can you truly judge a product with only one use Sephora?!

The Kat Von D INK liner in trooper just was not for me. The brush was much too stiff. While it is great for precision work, it wasn’t good for the wing that I like to do. I recommend her TATTOO liner in Trooper highly though.

The Benefit They’re Real mascara (in black) is already my ride or die all time favorite mascara. The formula is very creamy, black, and long lasting. It makes it look like I am wearing falsies (which is great because I hate falsies.) If you don’t already own this mascara order it ASAP!

WOW this product. The Tarte Sculptor in Park Avenue Princess. I didn’t even know this product existed until this kit. I LOVE IT. I already ordered two more. If you have paler skin, like I do, you will love this product. The picture really does not do it’s shade justice. It is so easy to blend, incredibly creamy, and not to mention it has a pretty good smell. The best cream contour I have ever used (on myself and others!) If you plan to purchase this product the amazon link I listed has the travel size for less than $5!!!

(Product is much bronzer than it appears in images) The Nars dual intensity eyeshadow in himala is beautiful. It can be worn wet or dry. The formula is very creamy and easy to blend. After trying this shadow I have the full intention in purchasing more. ( I also recommend using the amazon link for this item also, it is more than $10 off the Sephora price!!)

The Formula X nail polish ( this one is in astronomical) is amazing. The nude nail trend has been pretty popular (I don’t like it so i plan to pass this polish on because of the color). BUT let’s not focus on the color let’s focus on this amazing formula! The polish was COMPLETELY opaque in two coats. It has been on my nails for two days and STILL no chips. I cook, clean, and work; but this polish is still holding strong.

The SmashBox Be Legendary lipsticks feel great on this lips. This is the first matte formula I have actually truly loved, and for that I will be purchasing colors that I prefer more. This magenta in a kit though? I would not have chosen it. I am glad I got to experience this formula, but this is another product I will be passing on, due to its color. ( The amazon link below has a beautiful deep color listed for only $13.50!!)

This was the look I achieved using the items in this kit. (sorry for the dark lighting my camera battery died so I had to use my LG G3) I am pretty fond of it. ( Besides the lip color).

This is the look 5 hours later ( after a day of house work and grocery shopping) It held up pretty well. The lipstick started fading around the 2 hour mark ( still impressive). I am pretty happy with these products and plan to repurchase all of them…..even if some are in different shades.
(PS. Don’t get freaked out by the location on the shirt, we live no where near there since we are older now)
