ELF Precision Liquid Liner | Review

I have a super short review for y’all tonight, about a very inexpensive liquid liner!

When I first started using liquid liner, I used the $1 ELF liner, the same one that always came in all of their little kits. That same liner is now $2 and called the Expert Liquid Liner.

I was going to repurchase it, to see if I still loved it as much as I did a few years ago, but decided to go with one I had never tried before. The ELF Precision Liquid Liner.

This liner is $3, comes in only the shade black, and has a wand tip applicator. The packaging is sturdy and black, which I obviously love. The brush is small, but watch for little hairs out of place, that could cause a mess.

The product it self:

The liner dries down matte, but does take a little time to dry. Which I expected for the price. However, I did not expect it to be so crazy pigmented! It is so much better than the one I loved years ago. Ever since I started using it I haven’t picked up any of my other liquid liners. I am even starting to like it more than my Kat Von D Tattoo liner, which I thought was impossible!

It isn’t the easiest to do a wing with, because it is a cheap wand. Literally my only  gripe is the applicator, and it isn’t even that bad, but if you just want a super quick application you may want to pass.

I did not notice any smudging or flaking, which is fantastic for only $3!
