Ipsy Offer | Superhero Ingredients

*This offer is no longer available, but there are some pretty neat active offers to choose from.*

What is it: A set of mostly face masks, curated by Ipsy.

Cost: $15

Pur-lisse Blue Lotus Seed mask & Exfoliant

I will be honest with you, I never can get through a full size mask before they get gross because I have so many. I prefer these smaller sizes. This mask is meant for all skin types and is only supposed to be on for 10mins. I think I will give it a try tonight!

Kapuluau Coconut Oil

This product is 100% organic coconut oil. It can be used literally anywhere. Hair, body, face, eyes, lips, apparently even teeth according to the back of the tube. I will be getting a ton of use out of his product!

Rodial Dragons Blood Sculpting Gel

This is meant to define the faces contours and improve sagging skin. I am not sure if I will get results from this, as I am only 21, but I will ask someone else if they want it I suppose.

Juice Beauty Cleansing Milk

I have actually really wanted to try this cleanser. It’s made with clean ingredients and I have heard greats things. I am excited to give it a try.

Natural-tox Carrot Mask Sheet

These masks are meant to soothe the skin and the strengthen the protective layer over the skin. Sounds good to me!

Fresh Garden Manuka Honey Nutrition Mask

These Masks are meant to provide deep nourishment and help to even out skin tone. Who couldn’t use that?

Elensilia-IntraCELL Revitalizing Mask

As you can see from the picture, this mask is made with escargot and propolis. Which is snails and bee glue from honey. That doesn’t sit to well with me. This mask is meant to be nourishing and energizing. However, I am going to be passing this along.

Over all, I really think I am going to enjoy this offer! Besides the two products I won’t get use out of.

I still see my self purchasing more Ipsy offers in the future. I wish you got points for purchasing their offers…

Thank you so much for reading💜 What is your must have sheet mask??

Just Swatches | Single/Duo Shadows

Alright guys, I’m kind of really enjoying doing this series. It’s a way for me to see what I have, and helps me to de clutter as well. Now, I don’t have many Single Shadows. I prefer palettes, but I still thought this post would be fun!

The Balm Hot Mama!

Technically, this is a blush. But, the package says blush/shadow. It’s such a little pan, it came in Ipsy, so I just use it as a shadow.

Yves Rocher- Kaki (Duo)

I have had this little Duo for a long time. My mom got it for me though so I can’t bring myself to get rid of it, even if I never use it.

Manakadar highlight/bronzer (Duo)

Obviously, these weren’t meant as Shadows. But the pans made it hard to use for their intended purpose. Also, the bronzer shade is was to shimmery for me. However, I love both shades as Shadows.

Lauren Brooke- Sweet Pea

Sadly, I received this shadow broken. I tried repressing it, but I think I ruined the pigmentation. I’m just going to toss it if a friends doesn’t want to try it out.

Peek- 250KB

I got this little shadow in Ipsy and really enjoy it! Super pretty.

Studio 78- We Breath

I swear this one performs better than it Swatches. I have actually used it in a look in a post way back when. Works well as a liner, crease shade, outer corner, and it was from Petit Vour- so you know it’s vegan and clean!

NARS Daphane

Fun fact, I used to love purple eyeshadow. This was one of the first highend products I ever bought. It looks like it was barely used- but it was used a ton. It also works better than it Swatches. But, then again it’s at least 6 years old.😂

NARS Himalia

This was in a Sephora’s Favorites set last year. I still love it. I love those sets. I don’t plan on getting any this year though.

City Color Shimmer Cheers to Life

I am in love with this shadow and it’s Formula. I think I am going to buy all the Shadows from this line and a magnetic palette to depot them in. They are crazy inexpensive. And I’m pretty sure Tarte has a cute $10 magnetic palette, but I’m not sure how big it is. Where do you get inexpensive magnetic palettes??

Wet N Wild Nutty

I want to mention I also have Brûlée, but it is literally completely pan, so I didn’t bother taking a picture. Nutty is a shade everyone needs.

Han Romance

Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten to play much with this shade. But it is really pretty!

Han Sunset

I haven’t gotten to play much with this shade either. I need to though, it’s stunning.

That’s my tiny single shadow collection! What are your favorite single Shadows in your collection?

Target Beauty Box NOV. 2017| Hello Pause Button

What it is: A monthly box of drugstore beauty goodies, that IS NOT a subscription. So keep your eyes peeled for it!

Cost: $5-$10

Novembers’ Box is all about tuning out of the hustle and bustle of the world and relaxing, which is something that is very hard to do during the holiday season.

*this is not a CF Box. Any non-CF products I will be passing on.*

*The card in the box does not contain prices but, does contain a $3 off $15 beauty purchase at target coupon.*

Dove Derma 2-in-1 Ant-dandruff Shampoo and Conditioner

“All in one scalp formula effectively tackles dandruff while renewing scalp and hairs natural moisture.”

Sadly, Dove is not CF. I would have loved to try this product out. I have a really itchy scalp and would have actually gotten a lot of use out of this product. I will be passing it along to someone who will use it.

Skinfix Ultra Rich Hand Cream

“Quickly absorbing Cream is loaded with Shea butter, allantoin and natural oils to relieve dry, cracked hands.”

Now, this is a CF! I’m excited to try a Skinfix product, they have been on my radar for a bit now. As the weather gets colder, my hands get more dry and painful. I am sure this cream will come in handy..

There is no discernible scent, but it feels fantastic.

Missha Snail Hydro-Gel Mask

“Snail mucin and baobab tree extract work to hydrate, heal and soothe the skin while helping to prevent aging.”

I am actually unaware of Misshas’ CF stance, but I am going to take a wild guess and say, NO. 🐌Going to be passing this mask along to my mom.

Tom’s of Maine Coconut Bar Soap

“Triple milled soap formulated to be gentle on skin and help maintain skins natural moisture.”

Not only is this brand CF, but it is pretty clean as well. It is a brand I know and love. I also REALLY love soap, so soap is always welcome.

Maybelline Great Lash mini

“Cult classic mascara features a lash doubling formula and volume increasing brush.”

Even before I went CF, great lash was not one of my favorite mascaras. This little dude is for sure being passed on. But, can we appreciate how cute it is in tiny packaging!?

La Roche-Posay Facial Cleanser

“Hydrating Cream gently cleanses and helps restore skins natural moisture, pH and protective barrier.”

I am not 100% sure if this brand is CF. If it is, I will be trying this cleanser. It seems like it will be really Hydrating and gentle.

That is all for this months Box! Not much I can use, but for the typical non-CF consumer the bargain of the box is worth $7. Not for me though. I am probably skipping the next Target Box.

Fortune Cookie Soap Winter 2017 Box | One Ring to Rule Them All.

What it is: A seasonal box containing soap, skincare, and occasionally home fragrance. All made by FCS. Usually limited edition and sneak peaks.

Cost: $19 annually

I love FCS they make great cruelty free products and have some many exciting products and launches. Their quarterly Box is something I look forward to. I have toyed with the idea of getting their monthly box.

This seasons theme is “One Ring to Rule Them All.” Lord of the Rings themed!!!

“My Precious” FC Soap

This soap is scented with spiced cranberry, mandarin, patchouli, linen, bergamot, tea leaves, and honey. It smells delicious! The fortune cookie soaps are so cute, I always feel guilty using them.

Evenstar OCD Hand Sanitizer

Scented with light cedar wood, jasmine, and whatever creamy muguet it. I really enjoy these hand sanitizers, they have replaced the bath and body works ones for me. Once rubbed in this product smells fantastic!

Middle Earth Bath Bomb

Scented with warm longbottom leaf, birch, juniper, and citrus.

This product sounds lovely. Sadly, I no longer have a bath tub. Just a standing shower, so I will be passing this on to a friend to enjoy.

You Shall Not Pass Tea Light Candle

Scented with cashmere musk, French pear, tarragon, and caramel.

This scent is alright. I am not this biggest fan of caramel, but I may still burn this little guy to see how well it pays off.

Mellon Shampoo Bar

Scented with Mirkwood, myrrh, neroli, Moria, elderberry, herbal tea, ginger, and fresh morning dew.

I absolutely love the Lush Shampoo bars, so I am hoping I enjoy the FCS one just as much. I think it smells like a certain gummy fruit snack, but I can’t place which one! Needless to say, it smells nice.

Kingsfoil Cuticle Butter

Scented with lemon zest, iced raspberry blossoms, Wild numenor mint, Moss, and watered grass.

It smells nice and works well, but I never much understood Cuticle products, when lotions can do the same thing they do.

I  am no man perfume oil

Scented with lilies, sandalwood, amber, and strawberries.

I have another one of their Cuticle oils that works great. Good smell and long lasting. This one has a nice familiar scent, that I Again, cannot place. But, I do know I will be using the heck out of it!

Second Breakfast Whipped Cream

Scented with maple butter, tonka bean, spiced eggnog, French toast, and berries and cream.

I love their whipped cream Formula! It is so moisturizing and creamy. I am not quite sure if I like this scent though, the fact that it smells like I am slathering my body in syrup is a bit off putting.

That’s the Winter 2017 FCS Box! Thank you for reading 💋.

E.L.F Haul | It has been a minuet!

I am finally home, and when I arrived home an ELF order I had made was delivered!

It had been quite a bit since I had ordered from ELF, so I decided it was about time to do so.

I do want to let you know that this post will not include swatches, those are for an upcoming post!

I love ELF brushes. They are awesome quality, and extremely affordable. I picked up…

  • Fluffy eye blender brush $3
  • Beautifully Bare eye blending brush $3
  • detail Crease Brush $3

I have already used the fluffy brush and it was amazing!

  • HD Lifting Concealer “Fair” $3

I had used and I believe reviewed this product before. I decided to give it a second try for an upcoming post!

  • ELF Lock on Face Primer $8

On the site this is called “Lock on foundation glue” which is what caught my interest. I mean I have to review something called a foundation glue!!

ELF Mad for Matte “Summer Breeze” Palette $10

I love the original “Mad for Matte” palette so I needed the others. I like how warm toned this one is. I know there are a lot of people falling out of that trend but I really enjoy it! (Be on the look out for an upcoming post!)

ELF Mad for Matte Palette “Holy Smokes” $10

Like I said, I needed them all! I really like the color selection in this palette. (Again, be on the look out for an up coming post!) Honestly, I want to purchase all the ELF palettes!

I ALWAYS recommend buying ELF products from their site! They have a fantastic rewards program and always have codes for free sets of products. Right now the code is “datenight”.

The code I used was “Smokey “ it included…

  • Intense ink liner in blackest black $3
  • Eyelid primer in sheer $2

I actually hate this Primer, but my mom loves it, so I gave it to her!

  • Volumizing and Defining Mascara $2
  • Clay eyeshadow palette “Smoked to perfection” $6

That’s $13 worth of free products! I love that!

That’s it for my ELF Haul! What are your must have ELF products?

Some Recent Looks!

Hello everyone!

Sadly, my pre-planned posts for this week will not go up as scheduled.

I tried to walk in heels and ended up breaking my ankle. It’s safe to say I am not full of grace. 😂

I decided to post a few of my recent selfies, just so you all who don’t follow my snapchat can see what I have been up to. Unfortunately, I will not be including product information, as I am not home yet to get to my Makeup. Which is driving me crazy!

This was all from a night out! I do have a post coming up involving the hair, so be on the look out.

I can tell you for this look I used the Kathleen Lights and Morphe palette on my eyes and Too Faced Melted Fig on my lips!

All I remember about this look is that a Notoriously Morbid Highlight is on my inner corner. I was feeling fall vibes!

One of my closest friends came to visit! What is on my face? No idea, but I am going to try to recreate the look. I really like it.

One of our friends turned 23 a few days ago! This is also the night I broke my ankle😂. But here’s a look at one of my best friends. I had a full face of Too Faced on, besides the blush. I used the Satin Touch blush I got in my Ipsy bag.

Here is the last one from the same night! Here’s the “new” man thing. So far, two months so good!  He has had to help me do basic things the past few days. Eddie really is a trooper.

Sorry for the disappointing post, I didn’t want to leave y’all hanging! Thanks for stopping by 💜.

Ingredients:

-Pineapple Ceramide: Helps boost luminosity and improve the appearance of skin texture and tone.

-Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer: Delivers intense hydration to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and promote firmness.

-Watermelon Rind/Apple/Lentil Complex: Provides up to 24 hours of skin hydration, improves moisture retention, and reduces the appearance of fine lines.

Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Pentylene Glycol, Ananas Sativus (Pineapple) Fruit Extract, Berberis Vulgaris Root Extract, Citrullus Lanatus (Watermelon) Fruit Extract, Lens Esculenta (Lentil) Fruit Extract, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil, Coconut Alkanes, Panthenol, Sodium PCA, Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer, Sodium Lactate, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Cyclodextrin, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Citric Acid, Chlorphenesin, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.

My Thoughts:

The gel is clear, thin, and has no discernible scent; which, surprises me a bit after reading the ingredients- a lot of fruit product in it!

I found the product extremely easy to run in, it was nice. But, I don’t think it is anywhere near worth $52. I have a product the Mel from Mel’s candles makes that gives me the same results and it is only $4.50! Unfortunately, I can not find it on her website.

I am giving this product 🐘🐘🐘 out of five elephants. It’s a good product, but not worth the price and I will not be purchasing it.

Thank you so much for reading!

  • Slave2Pink- it’s a pressed pigment, but isn’t as pigmented as other pigments like it that I own.
  • Glow- I have more pigmented mattes of the same shade.
  • Bites- Again, I have more pigmented mattes of the same shade.
  • Cornelius-Good transition shade, but I have more pigmented colors that are exactly the same.
  • Girl Power- I am on the fence. It’s a beautiful shade, but not that pigmented. If I can find a shade in my collection that is the same I will pass it on.

Thank you so much for reading💜😌. What are your favorite super Shock shadows? Which ones would you like me to include in a look? Comment below!!!
