I got this with an Ulta purchase a while back and have been using it. I think samples are a fun thing to review, and it makes me try them which is good because you never know if you’ll find a new holy grail. In the case of this product, I did not.

The full sized product is $16.50, and in my opinion it is really not worth it. It does do a great job at making my hair soft and smooth. But, then again there are many cheaper oils that do the same thing. Besides it being not that special, the smell is TERRIBLE. IN my opinion at least.

I am not going to lie, it really does do what it claims, but I can not get over the smell. To me it smells like a vanilla scented product expired and got old. Some people like that type of scent, and more power to you, but I just can’t do it. The smell also lingers for a while, so it isn’t like you get a way from the smell easily.

Would I buy full size?

No, no I would not.

$1.50 5 pan Matte palettes at Dollar General! * L.A. Colors*

While working, we usually have to stop by Dollar General at least once a day. We use the Skittles candles as “free gifts” to help achieve knock ins. I got in almost every house I knocked this week but 2! #Kirby :p

Anyway….during one of these stops I decided to look at the new makeup items, and was instantly pretty pumped when I saw these palettes! Everyone is trying the matte eye shadow look, but it can be pretty hard to find good quality, inexpensive matte palettes and shadows. That being said, any time I stumble upon matte palettes at the drug store I have to get them, especially if they are only $1.50!!
