Province Apothecary Moisturizing cleanser + Makeup Remover $20

I am always up for trying a new clean cleanser, especially if it’ll get all this makeup off my face. This cleanser is meant to restore natural radiance to your skin by gently cleansing without over drying, or destroying the skins natural pH.

Luxe Botanics Camu Brightening Moisturizer $10

This moisturizer is infused with vitamin C rich Camu Camu. This super fruit from the Amazon is meant to fade the appearances of dark spots and repair environmental change.

This moisturizer is thick. But, it sinks in to the skin quicker than you would think. And it feels amazing!

Akar Balance Toning Mist $12

I have heard some pretty good reviews about this toning mist, so I am excited to try it for myself.

It is meant to provide hydration, neutralize pH, and allow greater absorption of nutrients into the skin.

KVoss Shine on Stick “Sparkling Rosé” $28

This highlighter stick is made of capaçu butter to create a beautiful and blend able glow with an iridescent finish.

I am usually not one for stock highlights, it the roses glow to this one is really pretty. I could even see it as a beautiful lid and inner corner shade as well. I am going to have to test it out in all three ways.

That is it for me Petit Vour box. Over all, I am still really impressed. I will get use out of all of the items and all of the items are great for the colder weather we are starting to get in Missouri.

Jane Iredale Lip Drink Lip Balm “Flirt” $17

This lip balm is lemon scented, has a reef safe SPF, and is recommended by the Cancer foundation as an effective lip protectant.

Jane Iredale is a brand that I really enjoy, so I was happy to receive this item as our makeup product this month.

I love products like this for quick and easy makeup days, or days where I go with out. Personally, I would not pay $17 for a lip balm, but I am glad to have it! Makes me feel fancy.

The Seaweed Bath Co. Firming Detox Body Cream $4 deluxe sample size

I am still not positive as to what a firming Cream is for. However, it is rosemary and mint scented, which is a lovely combination. I am just going to use this as a body lotion and hope that I am not doing something wrong.

Moon Rivers Naturals Peppermint Lava Hand And Body Soap $5 deluxe sample size

The scent of this soap is beautiful. I really enjoy peppermint. Once I finish my current body wash and I am going to throw this sample into my rotation.

Laura B Beauty Nail Growth Serum $75

I have recently stopped getting acrylic nails. I cannot being to explain how badly I need a product to repair my nails. I am sure those of you who have had acrylics in the past can understand. I am hoping with such a steep price tag that I will actually see a difference in my nails

Over all thoughts?

For $19 I received $101 worth of products, all of which I will be getting use out of. I am so happy to be back on the Petit Vour train, and highly recommend you all check out their site.

Hello everyone!

Tonight, we have an unboxing that I have not done in a while, the Petit Vour clean, vegan, and cruelty free beauty box!

After reading some other PV unboxings, I realized how much I missed this box. I just had to resubscribe!

What was in my first box in over a year?

Harvest Natural Beauty Lengthening Mascara $18

This mascara is meant to be ideal for sensitive eyes. It also claims to be smudge proof and water resistant. My mascara always smudges under my lower lash line, I am forever on the search for the perfect smudge proof mascara.

Honua Hawaiian Skincare Pa’kai Cleansing Cream $12

Made with Hawaiian salt, hibiscus, and seaweed. This cleansing cream is meant to cleanse, repair and renew for soft hydrated skin.

Those claims sound great to me, and I like the simple ingredients.

Derma E Essential Radiance Toner $2.50

This is an alcohol free, exfoliating toner with glycolic acid.

I really enjoy Derma E skincare. I have heard great things about the Radiance toner and I am excited to try it for myself.

Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum $15

This serum contains, willow bark, salicylic acid, and organic fruit acids.

My pores have been pretty congested lately, so I have been getting some break outs. I will be testing this product out ASAP!

Petit Histoire Envie Desoir $5

This last product in the box this month is a fragrance sample.

This is a 100% natural fragrance of “glistening violet and rose dancing in soft rain.”

The fragrance is very floral, yet fresh at the same time. I actually really enjoy it.

Overall thoughts?

I am very happy with my first box back. I will get use out of every item! I love being confident that all of the products are cruelty free, vegan, and clean beauty! The products are also samples of some pretty pricey items in each box. It makes it all the more fun to try!

Juara Java Plum & Avocado Nourishing Mask | Sample Series

I found this in my little box of sample products. I can’t recall where it came from (99% positive it was a Petit Vour Box), but it sparked my interest! Juara is a brand I enjoy, and I’m a face mask junkie.

May also be left on as an overnight moisture treatment.”

My Experience:


I found that the mask was extremely creamy, had no scent, and was very easy to use. I loved that I just put in a thin layer of it before bed while winding down and it just seeps in! 

The next morning my skin was always extremely soft and best of all stayed hydrated for a few days! If you have dry skin, this could be face changing. I think this mask would be perfect for the cold, skin moisture sucking weather that will be coming up soon. 

At first I though the $38 retail value was too much. But, this mask is essentially perfect for my dry dull skin. You can get it, HERE, on the Petit Vour site, where you earn point for your purchase, so it’s almost like it’s not $38! 

🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁 I need it. I will be purchasing this five leaf mask.

Treat yourself! | My Pamper Routine

Alright guys. Let’s talk relaxation, self-care, let’s talk my personal pampering routine! 

Life can get stressful to say the least, and it can really bring you down. To keep a positive out look, and to de-stress, it is very important to show your self some love.  So, kick back, relax, and keep reading to find out what I do to give myself some much needed CRUELTY FREE pampering💜.

Masking

I always start off by applying a mask of some sort. I change up the products I use all the time, sense I do receive quite a bit of skin/body care.


Lately, I have really been loving the Palmeto Derma Rejuvenating Antioxidant Mask. It retails on their website for $64. 

Like any mask, you want to start off with clean skin, and apply with freshly washed hands. I leave it on for the full 30 mins. During this time I watch some YouTube and maybe have a glass of wine in bed.

This mask has a light scent and really leaves my skin feeling renewed. I actually just wash it off in the shower! 

Shower Time

During my pamper nights, I usually try out sample size products I have gotten. Tonight, I will be using…


The Fortune Cookie Soap “Black Pearl” Exfoliating Body Wash I got this when I used to get the Fortune Cookie Soap Box, which I may renew. It has a pretty warm scent, very nice for fall in my opinion! 


Evolv h Ultra Shine Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner $26 for the full sizes.

I have heard some fantastic things about this duo. I got them in a past Petit Vour Box. I am excited to finally give these little guys a go. They smell amazing by the way! I will be doing a review post, so keep your peepers peeled for that!

I would also check out the site eSalon! They have a ton of different hair treatments and Customizable hair colors, you could really find a fun way to go all out on your hair during your pamper routine.


Apoterra Tulsi Rejuvenating Oil $7 for the travel size on petitvour.com

I am in love with this oil. When I use it in the shower after I wash my self I apply it all over my body then just stand in the nice warm water. It makes my skin baby soft and gives the air a really relaxing scent. 

I also enjoy applying this oil to dry skin. It doesn’t get sticky or anything of that nature, it’s really nice to use before bed on normal nights as well. 

After Shower


The first thing I do is light a candle or some incense. My favorite incense combination is one called “warm and sensual” and the “patchouli”. It creates a really warm and earthy scent. I pick mine up from melscandles.com


I have really try lips, so I tackle them first! I am trying to get through my last jar of the Lush Bubble Gum Lip Scrub. It is my favorite lip scrub, but I have a ton I need to try out!


After scrubbing it is time to apply a lip balm. I really love the Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus Lip balm. It taste great and it is inexpensive. I believe it is only around $6!


My last step is to apply a body lotion. I have fallen in love with the Sade Baron Body Cream in Jasmine. I got mine in a Vegan Cuts Box, but you can get it on the Sade Baron site for just $10!! 

It is really rich, and the scent isn’t too over whealming, so it’s perfect for really moisturizing dry skin. 

That’s the last step of my routine! Now it’s time to lay back with a drink and watch some YouTube. (Again.) I am really loving The Green Bunny, Ashley is very informative.

Mai Couture Vitamin C and E Skin Care Blotting Sheets (Retails for $10)

I have used regular blotting sheets from Mai Coture and they were nice. I am sure these will work just as well. 

It is pretty neat that they are infused with SkinCare benefits. 

Nui Body Coconut Oil Makeup Remover wipes $4 (Retail $15 full size)

Can’t go wrong with natural makeup remover. This came with two pads to try it out.

“Pure coconut oil and organic essential oils will leave your skin flawless and glowing. This relaxing blend of coconut oil, geranium and lavender essential oils slows premature aging while soothing the mind”

Modern Minerals Lip Creme Tint “Fuscia” (Retails $20)


This is a really pretty shade for summer. The formula is light weight and easy to apply, making it great for hot weather! The formula is infused with lotus wei flower essence and gem stone energy. 

My Daughter Fragrances Bloom 23 $2.50 (Retails $85, full size)

I actually really enjoy these little perfume samples. I may actually consider spending the $85 for the full size, I am in love with the scent. It is extremely floral. 

It is said to have linen, rich vanilla, and soft ylang ylang. It is it is meant to create a light, clean, and clear smell. I definitely agree.

I really enjoyed this months Box! Well worth the $15.

I am really excited that I finally got my May Petit Vour box! It is a nice little treat. It is usually the last subscription box I receive each month.


HAN SkinCare Cosmetics Eyeshadow “Sunset”$13

I have another shadow from HAN and I love it. This one is just as pigmented and buttery as the other. In my opinion, a shade like this makes a great one shadow look. 


I love that this box usually includes one cosmetic product a month. It really helps when building a natural makeup collection. 


Mullein & Sparrow Facial Mist Toner $8 (Full Size $36)

“Condition and prepare skin for absorption to empower your Skincare ritual. Formulated with organic botanicals to keep skin luminous and supple while supporting homeostasis. To use, lightly mist onto face or into hands and gently press onto the skin.”

I love face mists. They make me feel very relaxed and refreshed. I have really been wanting to try Mullein and Sparrow as well!


Juara Java Plum and Avocado nourishing face masks $6 ( full size $38)

“A nutrient-rich combination of Avocado Oil, Java plum, banana and mango deeply hydrates soothes, and plumps skin, leaving behind a soft, dewy complexion.”

This sounds like the perfect summer mask. I have high hopes for it, I have a hand and nail cream from Juara that I really enjoy.


Aromatherapy Associates Bath and Shower oil $5 ($73 Full Size)

This sounds perfect. After a stressful day of work? The perfect way to end the night. By the way, I have already smelled it and it smells amazing! 

Petit Vour killed it this month! I am excited to try every single thing!

This gloss feels really nice, and it is a beautiful summer/spring shade.

My nails and cuticles sucks. They are so crappy and dry. Any cuticle oil is okay by me.

Suntegrity Skincare Makeup W/ SPF “Fair” $5


During hot weather I love tinted moisturizers, especially with SPF in it. I was really glad to see the shade was on that will actually suit my skin tone.

Kani Botanical Beauty Galaxy Milk | Organic Makeup Review

The more Petit Vour boxes I get, the more I am falling in love with organic beauty products. The Kani Botanicals Galaxy Milk Illuminating Beauty Oil, is no exception.

The shade is stunning, and is the ideal high light for the coming summer months. I usually do not reach for cream or liquid highlights, but man, this stuff blew my mind.

The little card, which has some really intense Glossier vibes to it, gives you a lot of information about the product.

Not only can this product be used as a highlight, but it can be used under or mixed with foundation to give you skin a glowy look.

The only down side to this product is the scent. It has, what to me, is a very faint scent of cucumber melon- but off. However, the scent does not linger. The beautiful, lit from within, glow that it gives is enough for me to ignore the scent anyway.

I mean come on! It looks like star dust! Or the rays from the sun! I can not stop reach for this little vile of highlight, and it takes the smallest amount to get a magical glow. The full size retails for $32, and I can really see myself splurging on it, if I ever get through this sample that is!

This highlight is meant to give the skin a subtle glow, while also blurring fine lines and wrinkles. It isn’t very often that I use a highlighter in this format, but I think I will give it a try. It looks stunning, and it has some big claims.

Metta Intensive Replenishing Face Balm $12.50

“A deeply hydrating vegan balm formulated with rare East African shea butter, cold-pressed oils and botanical ingredients…”

I have heard a lot about face balms recently, and have been very intrigued by them. This will be the first one I have tried, so keep your eyes peeled for an update.

Little Barn Apothecary Blue Yarrow + Geranium Cleansing Oil $8

I am not one to turn down a facial oil, especially when it is formulated with pure plant ingredients. This oil is meant to dissolve makeup and impurities deep within pores, while toning the skin!

Formulary 55 Rosehip & Cla Facial Mask $8

This pink clay facial mask is meant to draw out impurities, without over drying the skin. Sounds great to me. I have tried body scrubs from this brand and I love them, so I have high expectations for this.
