Fresh Garden Manuka Honey Nutrition Mask

For some reason my trip to KY destroyed my skin. I am not sure if it was all the junk food or playing with the animals at the animal shelter. But my skin is MAD.

I just want to say, volunteering at the animal shelter with my family was so much fun, a litter of kittens slept in my arms. I wanted to take all the animals home. Leaving them all behind was so hard. We all got emotional me, my 9 year old sister, my 19 year old brother, his girl friend (who is like another sister to me), and my step mom all cried! I just wanted to share that little story!

Back to the purpose of this post!

I got this sheet mask some how from Ipsy, and I really wanted to see if it would nourish my angry skin back to its, somewhat content self.

This mask is 5 free, there are no..

  • Imidazolidinyl Urea
  • Chlorphenesin
  • Mineral oil
  • Colorant
  • Triethanolamine

It is also 3 layers, which supposedly helps to absorb the “essence” into the skin.

It is made of Manuka Honey and violet flower extract to deeply provide nourishment and a moisturizing effect to even out skin tone.

Initial Thoughts:

The mask itself felt very fibrous. I also thought that it smelt a lot like off brand sprite. Not sure why.

The sheet mask fit my face very nicely. I find it difficult to get sheet mask to fit my face shape. I am not sure what’s wrong with my face shape, besides my disproportionate forehead. I think I have what many call a “five head”.

Here is me with the mask on! Covers really everything it need it to!

Thoughts after use:

The mask left my skin feeling very moisturized and it appeared less dull. I am actually very happy with the results!

HOWEVER, I can’t find anything online about this mask. Not the price, no where to order it, but most importantly I can’t find the brands CF stance.

That being said, would I repurchase? I don’t know, can I ever repurchase it? The lack of information scares me, so I may just pass on repurchasing this mask, even though I was very pleased with it.

It’s summer time, so sunseeen is a must have. I like the Hawaiian tropic brand, everything always smells so good and this Island sport is not exception! 

John Frieda Beach Blonde Sea Salt Spray


I have have that is naturally pretty wavy, so I love using Sea Salt spray in my hair! I used to love the Josh Frieda Blonde line, but quite because it is not cruelty free. 

Masque Bar Soothing Sheet Mask


I am with out a doubt addicted t sheet masks. This one is meant to hydrate and smooth skin. Giving you a healthier complexion.

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Treatment 


This is a cult favorite product that I have yet to try. Aussie is not cruelty free, but it is something I have always wanted to try. This is a fantastic travel size for a deep conditioner as well.

Schick Hydro Silk Women’s Razor


With the price of those box, you are essentially paying a dollar for this razor… hell yeah! Razors can be super expensive.

Sinful Colors Nail Polish “Island Coral”


This isn’t exactly my color, but you can’t beat a full sized nail polish. I will probably paaa this onto a friend.

NYX Gotcha Covered Concealer “medium”


A NYX Concealer for essentially $1!! 

This one is supposed to be infused with coconut oil, and be water proof! I really hope it is light enough for me. I doubt it though, I am fairly fair.

June 2016 Ipsy Unbagging

I want to just start off by saying that I am not too into this months bag. The bag itself is a graffiti style, and is just too busy for me. Just going to give it to a younger family member. Probably my sister, who is 8. Because that is the age range it makes me personally think of. If you are into that stuff, more power to ya, want this makeup bag, haha?

The Contents:

Bio Republic Sheet Masks: I hate sheet masks. I am not even going to go into these. I will be passing these a long.

Formula X Nail Polish in “Wing Woman”: The name is cute and the color is a pretty red shade. But I do not like this brand, haven’t had good experiences with it. I also do not like the little polish sizes. Looks like Aden is getting another thing.

Hey Honey Day and Night Cream: As mentioned before I am on the look out for a good cruelty free face cream. Maybe this one will be it.

Seraphine Botanicals Happy Hibiscus Blush: I am excited to try this.  It is CF, Vegan, and Non- GMO. I will be reviewing this soon!

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Pan in “FireBall”: When I saw this was in my bag I was super excited. It is beautiful and I can not wait to try it out for ya’ll. Did the pan feel a bit small to anyone else?
