Vegan Cuts Beauty Box | Blossoming Beauty

Hi guys.

It is storming so bad here. I wish it would storm at night rather than during the day. I love stormy nights. Stormy days just make me want to be lazy and sleep all day.

Which is why I am doing another unboxing rather than one of the other posts I had planned.

Akar Skin Duo $17

This little duo came in the cutest bubble wrap, it’s baby pink and the bubbles are hearts.

The larger sample is a toning mist and the smaller one is an eye serum. I have never tried anything from this brand so I am very intrigued. Especially in the eye serum.

Anointment Natural Skincare Rose Toner $7.50

This little toner has rose hydrosol and witch hazel. I am excited to try it, I love spray toners.

Dirty Lamb Coffee Scrub $12

This is the cutest thing. I love lambs! The scrubs smells just like coffee. Body scrubs are some of my favorite things. I can’t wait to give it a try.

Franklin and Whitman Face Mask $24.95

I need to start using these powder masks more, I am really starting to pile them up. This one is made with raw cacao, tumeric, and activated charcoal. It sounds super cleansing.

Glamour Doll Makeup Black Gel liner $2.99

You can’t use a black liner that is inexpensive, cruelty free and vegan? The only glamour doll makeup products that I have tried are the Lisa Frank ones so I am excited to try more.

That is this months Box. A ton of awesome products!!!

What is your favorite Glamour Dolls Makeup item?

Vegan Cuts Makeup Box | Springtime Bliss

Hi everyone!

We are going to start formatting posts a bit differently to make them a bit more personable and fun. We are going to start each post with a random fact about me, or things I like, or something I learned the day I wrote the post!

So, again. Hi everyone! I am Manda and I absolutely LOVE frozen grapes.

…and the Vegan Cuts Makeup Box! It comes quarterly and I believe is around $35. It is usually 4 full sized makeup items and one “tool” item.

This quarter is “Springtime Bliss”. It is finally spring 2018 here, and I am so ready for it and over the cold.

Eco Minerals Mineral Bronzer “Holiday” $29

The first item in the box is a semi matte loose bronzer. For some reason I never use my loose bronzers, but I am going to try to make a point to! There is a nice amount of product and there is a sealable sifter in the jar. Which is important.

I think the shade might work pretty well for me. As you can see, I am rather fair. It doesn’t seem too insanely pigmented, so I think I will be able to work with this.

Emani Vegan Cosmetics Organic Soy Infused Mascara “Black” $20

The tube of this mascara is really sleek and pretty. Of course, it is going to end up looking terrible in my possession, but I love the presentation. I love trying new mascaras. I will definitely up date you all on this one once I give it a try. Oh, and this mascara is also supposed to be a lash treatment.

Real Her “I feel Beautiful” EyeShadow Palette $28

Real Her is a real hit or miss brand for me. Sometimes I love the items, sometimes I hate them. I have another Real Her palette the “Be your own kind of beauty” and I really dislike it. It was all Shimmer and satins that we’re a bit more than Satin. It creased on me so bad and took AGES to blend.

This Palette, however, actually has mattes!! And the formula feels much different.

The shades in this one look really pretty, and definitely like a palette I would reach for a lot.

I really like the color palette you get to work with. The light shades don’t swatch too nicely, but I will have to see how they perform on the eyes.

Thrive Causemetics Glossy Lip Mark “Joann” $26

I have tried a few things from Thrive. I really love their cream blushes and they look great on the lips. Needless to say, I am really excited about this Glossy Lip Mark. It is definitely a shade I will use as well.

I think it is going to look beautiful on the lips.

Terre Mère Cosmetics Blending Brush $29

I love getting brushes in subscription boxes. Especially when they are pricey like this. I think it’s pricey anyway. Can’t be mad at a good blending brush!

That is it for the box!

I need to know y’all what kind of posts would you like to see!?

Vegan Cuts Beauty Box April 2018 | Lavender Dreams

It’s time for my favorite Beauty box of the month! I’m always excited when I receive my vegan Cuts Box, because it has never let me down. Let’s get into this months Box.

Mr. B’s Necessities Lavender Facial Mist and Toner $17

I love Lavender it is my favorite scent and it is extremely relaxing. I am actually burning a Lavender incense as I type this. I think this Toner will be a great right before bed skin care step.

Yes to Carrots Facial Wipes $6

I love the yes to brand. Especially the tomatoes line. I haven’t tried many of their carrot products, but I am sure I will enjoy these. I love receiving facial wipes in boxes, sense they are something I will always need.

Derma E Microdermabrasion Scrub $8

I have tried this scrub before and I love it. It is a fantastic scrub, with just the right amount of scrub to it. This is a nice sample size as well!

Crazy Rumors Hubiskiss Lip Balm “Pearl” $5

I have really enjoyed the balms from crazy rumors that I have tried previously. It is finally starting to get warmer here, which means I will be breaking out the tinted lip balms.

This one looks like a really pretty pinky peach. It smells very nice as well!

Tree to Tub soapberry shampoo “relaxing lavender ” $4

This line is made with wild soapberries. They also included a soapberry! You can use it to clean your hands or face and see it lather. I think I am going to have to review this shampoo and experience washing my hands with a soapberry. This is the first time I have ever heard of a soap berry!

Orglamix Cream Highlighter “Illume” $18

This is the only product I am disappointed by. The packaging is really pretty. But, the product just feels like an oil slick on my skin creating a sheen.

I am going to have to try it before I decide, but I’m not to excited about it right now.

That is it for this months Box!

Vegan Cuts Beauty Box March 2018|A beautiful masterpiece

I really do enjoy Vegan Cuts. It is $25ish a month and you get 4-5 full or sample sized vegan, Cruelty Free, and usually clean beauty products.

Youth to People Kale + Green Tea Spinach Vitamins age prevention cleanser $4 Value

“Lightweight cleanser all-in-one makeup remover, face wash, and toner”

I have seen this brand around, but haven’t ever really heard anything about them. The ingredients seem great. I am going to give it a try and let you all know how it works out.

Karma Organic Nail Polish Remover Wipe $1 Value

“Made with soy bean oil and relaxing lavender “

I love little nail polish remover wipes like this for travel. I want some that work well. If these do I think I’ll order a whole box. I am going to be traveling a lot coming up!

Dr’s Remedy Nail Polish “Passion Purple” $17

The shade is pretty. I will probably wear it. I am sure if I don’t I have a friend who will. Can always toss it in with a gift 🤷🏼‍♀️

Cosmedica Skincare Rose Gold Serum $21.95

I wonder if this could be a dupe for that one super hyped serum in the pretty purple bottle! If this Serum makes your skin glow like it is meant to I am going to use it a ton this summer.

Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar Metallic “Synth” and lip tar brush $36

I am in to the Rose gold metallic lip thing. I thought I’d hate metallic lips, but I’m sort of ok with them. I also don’t think I’ve owned a single lip brush until now, so that’s nice.

I do love the shade. But, the application process just seems like such a hassle. I’ll try it, but I’m not sure how often I’ll actually use it.

That’s it for this months Box, I am not disappointed!!!

Vegan Cuts Beauty Box Feb ‘18 | Compassionate Beauty

I had a completely different post planned for today, but I feel just terrible. My throat feels like I swallowed knives and my entire body is sore. Needless to say I didn’t feel like putting on any makeup today. But, yesterday my favorite subscription box arrived in the mail! So, I decided to do an unboxing.

Vegan Cuts Beauty Box is a box of 4-5 Cruelty Free and vegan beauty products, I believe it is around $30ish a month.

This months theme is compassionate beauty. The card is covered in hearts. Ya know, because of Valentine’s Day.

Let’s look inside.

Jivi Exfoliating Face Wash “Lemongrass” $12

An all natural Exfoliating face wash. This arrived at the perfect time because I just finished up my current face wash. I will be doing a review on this item. After reading a bit about the company, they offer some fantastic things- to the customer and the community.

Luscious Cosmetics Pout Maker “Perky” $12

This months makeup item is a lip crayon. If I am going to use a more traditional lip stick, it’s probably going to be in a crayon format.

The shade is one I tend to gravitate towards, so I am sure I will get a ton of use out of it.

Derma-E Hydrating Night Cream $7.50

I thought it was so funny I received this product. I just watched a YouTube video and the girl (who I can’t remember) was raving about this night cream. I am very excited to try it.

Śaiva Naturals Relaxing Foot Balm $17.50

I don’t think I have ever used a foot balm. But, I may apply it tonight and pop on some fuzzy socks. Maybe it’ll help me feel relaxed and my muscles won’t hurt as badly. It has a citrusy scent, which smells fantastic.

Art Naturals Konjac Sponge Set $10

I also needed a new facial sponge!! Two sponges will last me a while, so I was very excited to see something that is an essential for me.

$59 Value for only around $30. Great box this month VC!

Have you tried any of the products in this months Box yet?

Thank you so much for reading 🖤

What it is: A Cruelty Free and vegan beauty box with deluxe to full size products

How much it costs: $29 a month

It’s the first VC Beauty Box of the year, and I was stoked when I saw it in my mail box today after work. I definitely needed the pick me up.

Speaking of, sorry I have been a bit MIA the past week or so, I have had a lot going on.

But, back to the topic of this post!

Multi functional oil that can be used on your face, body, & hair!”

I am all about oils! This one you can also use to moisturize your scalp and promote hair growth. Which is awesome.

Andalou Naturals Eye Revive Contour Gel $19.95

“Petal soft soothing contour gel with alpine rose stem cells that gently hydrates-and uplifts.”

Everyone needs a good eye cream. Well, Gel. The 1000 roses line is a really nice line, and none of the products I have tried so far have irritated my sensitive skin. I am excited to give this a try.

Manna Kadar Cosmetics Glo Illuminator $29

“Iridescent highlighter that can be used on the face and body to create a beautiful glow”

I am trying to get into using cream highlighters, but I’m always afraid they will bring out my pores. I really need to give some a go.

I don’t think this one will look good on my skin tone though, but I’ll try it at least once.

Oral Essentials Whitening strips $2.85

“Gel strips that whiten teeth in just 30 minuets!”

I have been trying to find a more natural whitening strips. I am glad I finally get to try one. Hopefully I like them so I can purchase a box.

MintPear Rose Hip Night Serum $12.50

“Rose Hip night Serum will help you wake up to a fresher, brighter, smoother complexion “

First of all, the packaging is really cute. Love the little card they included. Second of all, anything that will improve my complexion sounds great. I usually do enjoy rosehip.

Auromere Shampoo Bar $1

Ayurvedic shampoo bar with potent herbal extracts to naturally cleanse, nourish, and rejuvenate your hair and scalp.”

I love the Lush Shampoo bars. A less expensive option would be nice. I will give this tiny guy a try and then update you all.

That’s it for this months Box! The grand total of the products of this months Box comes to $72.30. Awesome value! I may not get much use out of the high light, but I have high hopes for everything else.

Vegan Cuts Makeup Box Winter 2017 | A cause for celebration

What it is: A Cruelty Free and vegan Makeup Box. Contains full sized products, rarely deluxe sized samples.

Cost: $39.95 a quarter

It is the last VC Makeup Box of the year, and I must say, I do love this Box. Well worth the cost!

Evelyn Iona Green Tea Primer $29

“Prep and protect your skin using this hydrating, antioxidant rich, green tea Primer. Reduce the look of lines and pores and create a smooth canvas for Makeup that will last all day and night.”

I am all about pore and line filling primers. I have some large pores on my nose and the older I am getting the more lines I am getting on my forehead. I have a pretty expressive face.

100% Pure Fruit Pigmented Satin Eyeshadow “Halo” $26

I love trying 100% Pure products! It’s a brand I really love and trust.

I do wish I would have gotten a darker shade, not often do I wear white eyeshadow, but I will try it out and try to get use out of it.

Inika Organic Certified Organic Lip Tint “Mulberry” $22

I actually really enjoy lip tints. They are moisturizing, so it’s nice to use combat the cool. They are also easy to apply, so I tend to wear them to work because of the simple touch ups.

The shade is very pretty!

Ofra Cosmetic Translucent Powder $23

I am almost out of the translucent loose setting powder I have been trying to work through, so this arrived at the perfect time.

Osea Atmosphere Protection Cream $48

“Moisturizer that hydrates and provides barrier protection against environmental stressors. Enjoy its light luxurious feel and soothing natural fragrance of pure lavender and geranium.”

I have wanted to try this cream for a while. I have heard some fantastic things about it. I will definitely be doing a review of it for y’all!

The total cost of this winters box is $147!! That is fantastic!

Thank you so much for reading. 💜💜

Estate Cosmetics Liquid Lip “Shade” | Look and Review

I get tons of lip products in subscription boxes, and then never bring them up in future posts. I am going to change that!

In the December Vegan Cuts Beauty Box, which you can read about Right here, I got the Estate Cosmetics Wet Matte Liquid Lip in “Shade”.

What is a wet Matte you ask? I have no damn clue. The only product I found listed on their site were some lip pencils, so no info there. The formula is a really light weight and comfortable, but doesn’t look wet, besides in my swatch picture, because it hadn’t dried down all the way.

The shade “Shade” is a darker rosy pink. It’s the color I tend to reach for, so that makes me happy!

The application was easy, the formula is more of a whipped consistency so it isn’t messy at all. It is also extremely comfortable. I think it was the least drying Liquid Lip I have ever worn!

  • Before I started my makeup I applied a lip balm
  • I lined my lips before applying the lip shade, I believe I used Milani “Spice”.
  • I then applied the Liquid Lip.

I wish I would have remembered to take pictures through out my day to document the staying power, because I was impressed! There was very little transfer on to my coffee, no smearing on my face, and after a few hours it still looked nice.

🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖 out of five robots! If you can get you hands on the Estate Liquid Lips I would say they are way more than worth the $12!!

You can check out their un-useful website, Here.

Thank you so much for reading 💜💜💜

I hope you enjoyed this post, I feel like it was poorly done. 😞😞😞

Vegan Cuts Beauty Box Dec. 2017 | Bold Beauty

Sorry that I have been away for a few days! Saturday, I had my wisdom teeth and a cyst removed and I am not bouncing back as fast as I thought I would. I have spent the past few days binge watching Kathleen Lights videos and Watching Star Wars.

My Vegan Cuts Beauty Box for December came in today though, so I decided it was time I make myself doing something. I also went to work today.

So, let’s dig through this box while I ignore my swollen face!

Herbal Transdermal Papaya Enzyme Soft and Silky Mud Mask $16

I have tried a toner from Herbal Transdermal before, and loved it. I have never used any skincare with Papaya, but it smells good, and my previous experience with the brand gives me high expectations.

Timeless Organic SkinCare Timeless Eye Serum $30

This Eye Serum came at the perfect time. I just finished up my night eye cream, which you will hear about in my Empties, so I needed another. I have been giving my moms my eye creams, but I am starting to notice how dry and dark my under eyes are. Expect a review on this, I. My opinion, pricey eye cream soon!

Koils By Nature Mositurizing Shealoe Leave In Conditioner $6

I have really dry frizzy hair. I haven’t color treated it in almost a year, but it still appears pretty damaged. I am still trying to find a holy grail leave in conditioner. So, anytime I get to try a new one out I’m excited.

Ellovi Ginger Lemon Lip Butter $5

I have wanted to try the Ellovi Lip butters for so long! They are made of only 6 ingredients, and come in a pretty nice variety of flavors. I have tried their body scrub in the past, which I did not love. But, I am very thankful that I finally have the opportunity to try out the Lip Butter. Especially right now when my entire mouth is so sore and my lips are crazy dry.

Estate Cosmetics Liquid Lip “Shade” $12

I have never heard of the brand Estate, but they have me intrigued. The packaging is very Eye-catching, and that’s coming from someone who isn’t the biggest fan of pink.

The shade I received is called “shade.” It is a pretty rosy shade, which is the type of shade I have really been leaning towards lately. The formula seems very comfortable and light weight.

That is it for my December VC Beauty Box! Are there any of these products you are interested in or have tried? Comment below!

Vegan Cuts Beauty Box November 2017| Glamours Beauty

This November I am thankful for double makeup items in my VC box! But seriously, I am pre-writing a ton of post. (Including this one). I get to spend time with my son an my family and I would not trade my little man or his adoptive family for the world. He had a baby doll he loves and he pushes it around in a stroller. Future great father in the making. 💜💜💜If you are a birth mother or a child of adoption and need support from someone who understands, please do not hesitate to contact me, no matter what time of day or night!!

Would you like to hear my adoption and NATURAL birth story? Please let me know!

What are you most thankful for this thanksgiving season?

Back to the topic of this post!

This months Box is really nice, I can not want for y’all to see what’s inside. One of my moms watched me open it and was almost more pumped than I was!! ( let me know if you want a tid bit post on my large but amazing family!)

100% Pure Long Lasting Liner “dark cacao” $26 Value

100% Pure could come out with a product that is legit just water and I’d love it. Everything I have ever gotten from them blows me away. I have green eyes, so I more often then not tight line with brow liner.

This one is really creamy and pigmented. I can see myself going through this liner fast, and I WILL repurchase.

Alma Botanicals Luminous Glow Botanical and Clay Mask $22

I keep getting powdered masks and cleansers. I am becoming addicted! This one contains tons of nutrients to help your skin maintain a natural glow. If your skin is anything link mine, a mask like this will come in handy in the winter months.

Olivella Face and Body Bar $5

If you follow my blog, then you know I LOVE bar soap. I use a micellar water on my face, then bar soap, then cleanser. Every night. I haven’t even gotten in the habit of using them on my body now that I have gotten through all of my non- CF bar soaps! This bar is made with 100% olive oil and is suitable for all skin types. Sounds great to me!

Ever Clen Eye Cream $20

I had a toner from this brand that blew my mind. I still need to repurchase it. It was legit the best toner I have ever used!!

Anyway. When I opened this box my mom saw eye cream. This is my Bio Mom and she loves opening packages with me.

She said “this eye cream is mine.” I have gotten like four sent to me in the past few weeks. I can’t tell my birth giver no! I am sure it will be great and I will get her feed back. I know I have some readers in all of my mommas age groups 40-50’s, so I will get her feed back!

Glamour Doll Gloss Snob “Mood Ring” $3

Make item number two! I’ll be honest, as is policy on this blog. Squezzy rube glosses are not my thing. BUT, this shade is really pretty.

I am going to give it a shot, but I can see myself passing it along pretty quickly. It just isn’t convenient to use.

Over all VC is STILL my favorite subscription box!! 🐯🐯🐯🐯🐯 out of 5 tigers. I am still not over last weeks TWD if you get the reference.

Thank you so much for stopping by beautifuls💜💜💕
