Ipsy Offer |Cruelty Free Picks

When I saw that Ipsy had a cruelty free set I had to get it. It would have been a personal sin if I passed it up. Especially when I noticed a Lime Crime Velvetine in it!!

Lime Crime Velvetine “Red Rose”


I have wanted to try Lime Crime so bad, but have avoided it. Now I finally get to! 

Granted this isn’t the first shade o would have picked…


It’s a fuschia shade, but I may still be able to make it work.

Jelly Pong Pong “Caribbean Sun” Bronzing Duo


The Blush shade of this duo arrived broken. Which was disappointing. However, Jelly Pong Pong just does not interest me. I have no idea why. Maybe it’s the seemingly cheap packaging.


This bronzer is a bit too orange for my taste. I think I will be passing this along. 

Seraphine Botanicals Guava Butter Lip and cheek stain 


One of my most used blushes is from this brand, so I am excited to try a Cream product. I probably won’t use this on my cheeks, but it looks to be a really pretty lip color. 


I will definitely be reviewing this!!


Hey Honey I Peel Good honey peel cream

This is really interesting! You massage it into your skin until the texture is oily and smooth then rinse it off. Not exactly a peel off product, but it’s still neat. I have tried a lot from this brand that I have loved, will be giving this a go.

Luxie 514 Blush Brush

I have said it a million times, I love Luxie brushes. I have been needing another Blush brush, so this will come in handy!

Skin and Co. Umbrian Truffle hand cream

I have extremely dry hands. I mean, it gets painfully bad. So any hand cream is a friend of mine. I am having trouble describing the scent. I can tell you it isn’t my favorite. But, the formula feels nice, so I think I can power through. 

That’s what came in the set! A few duds, but I love that Ipsy offered something like this. I wish you could always choose only cruelty free products for your Ipsy bags.

VeganCuts Beauty Box June 2017 | Uplifting Beauty

This is my favorite subscription box. I am considering canceling all my other subscriptions besides this one. I just have too much stuff and I’m moving 😂

Adoratherapy Mood Boost $20 value


“Uplifting mood boost spray specifically designed for the gal on the go”

I am really into aromatherapy. I have gotten one in the past few Vegan Cuts boxes, it’s exciting. This one smells really nice. Helps to induce a cheerful mood.

Clarisea Instant Glow Powder Exfoliant $5 value


“Lavender flower infused powder exfoliant that buffs away impurities and provides an instant glow.”

Um, yes please! An instant Glow sounds fantastic. I love this brand anyway, so an Product from Clarisea is graciously tried by me.

Sade Baron Body Cream Jasmine $7 value


“Exalt your skin with this small bath jasmin centric body cream”

The scent of this product is very floral, which I enjoy. I think my most favorite thing in the world is bath and body products! This body cream is really thick. I’m already in love.

Earthly Body Miracle Oil $5 Value


“Hemp, tea tree, and other essential oils blended to deeply soothe and restore skin”

You are supposed to be able to use this for everything. I am hoping it will help calm, or at least soothe my eczema a bit. Summer is not nice to my skin.

Little Moon Essential Beach All You Want Mineral Bath $1 Value


“Tropical getaway mineral bath salt kissed with hints of sandalwood and tangerine. No tub? Use as a shower scrub!”

I love body scrubs. End of story. Best invention ever. Can’t wait to try this one.

Jing Al Vegan Lip and Cheek Glow “Pink Chiffon” $10 Value


I never use these things on my cheeks. I always make a mess, but I can always use a new lip color. 


The shade is a really pretty pink with some sparkle. It sheers out nicely on the lips.

That’s it for this months Box! I am really happy with it, not let down by anything. By far the best subscription Beauty Box!!

If you want to start a makeup collection of just random products, Boxy Charm is the way to make that happen. 😂😂

Eye Shadow Palette 1 By Real Her $28.00


Boxy Charm must be teamed with Real Her, because they have included at least one product from them for a few months now. This time it is a 9 pan eyeshadow palette.

The one I got is pretty cool toned, there were two other alternatives.


I was a little disappointed in the pigmentation of some of these shadows. I will still have to give them a try on my eyes.

These sheet masks are sold at Ulta!

I have almost bought them more than once. They seem neat.

Diamond Glow Powder by Artist Couture “illuminate” $26.99


I am not the biggest fan of loose powders. They are just messy. I have heard a lot of this specific high lighter on Instagram, so I am still glad to try it.


There is quite a bit of legit glitter in this powder…

Luxie Rose Gold Pro Precision Tapered Face Brush 640 $24.00

 I love getting brushes in my subscriptions, because I hate buying them. 

I really enjoy the quality of Luxie Brushes, this one is going to be great for highlighting. 

Ofra Long Lasting Liquid Lip Stick “Santa Ana” $19.90


The Ofra liquid lipsticks are fantastic. If I had the money I would by them all. 

This one appears Fushia in the bottle, but dries down more red.


The shade is stunning, I can not wait to use it!

I am pretty happy with this months Box. I am a little iffy about the palette though.

Ipsy June 2017 | Volume Up

*Cost $10 a month. It contains 5-6 Beauty and makeup samples, sometimes even full size items.

This month theme is Volume up. 

The bag is really cute. It is made out of a very nice quality fabric. I would purchase this makeup bag on its own! 

Beauty for Real I-Line “Chocolate Fix” Full Size


I have tried a few other products from the brand Beauty For Real, and love them. This is just an automatic eye liner, in a brown shade.


I prefer brown over black when rich lining, but these bags always send black liner. I am glad to have a brown. It is a very smooth liner!

The Balm Cosmetics Balm Springs Blush Sample


These little samples are hard to actually use a blush, I think anyway. 

The shade is a pretty cool pink tone. I think it’ll look nice on my fair skin.


Very buttery formula.

NYX Whipped “Plush” Full Size


* I believe this maybe full size, correct me if I’m wrong.*

The formula applies nicely. But, it does dry on the crumbly side.


It is a very pretty shade. Should pair well with the Blush I got.

City Color Shimmer Shadows “Cheers to Life” Fullsize 


This product makes me think a lot of those larger single pan shadows that Morphe has ( I think it’s Morphe). They are extremely pigmented! 


You have to work with them to get them to lay easily, well I had to at least! Once you get the hang of that the patchiness goes away. 

BioRepublic “Aloe Rescue” and “Green Tea Detox” Sheet Masks


I am in love with sheet masks! I use to hate them😂

The Green Tea Detox Mask will be great after a long week, to pull the impurities from the skin. The “Aloe Rescue ” mask is going to be awesome after swimming and spending time at the lake all day! 

I am pretty happy with this bag! The only thing I probably won’t use is the Blush sample, just because it is difficult to use!

Mai Couture Vitamin C and E Skin Care Blotting Sheets (Retails for $10)

I have used regular blotting sheets from Mai Coture and they were nice. I am sure these will work just as well. 

It is pretty neat that they are infused with SkinCare benefits. 

Nui Body Coconut Oil Makeup Remover wipes $4 (Retail $15 full size)

Can’t go wrong with natural makeup remover. This came with two pads to try it out.

“Pure coconut oil and organic essential oils will leave your skin flawless and glowing. This relaxing blend of coconut oil, geranium and lavender essential oils slows premature aging while soothing the mind”

Modern Minerals Lip Creme Tint “Fuscia” (Retails $20)


This is a really pretty shade for summer. The formula is light weight and easy to apply, making it great for hot weather! The formula is infused with lotus wei flower essence and gem stone energy. 

My Daughter Fragrances Bloom 23 $2.50 (Retails $85, full size)

I actually really enjoy these little perfume samples. I may actually consider spending the $85 for the full size, I am in love with the scent. It is extremely floral. 

It is said to have linen, rich vanilla, and soft ylang ylang. It is it is meant to create a light, clean, and clear smell. I definitely agree.

I really enjoyed this months Box! Well worth the $15.

Hawaiian Tropic Island Sport Sunscreen 


It’s summer time, so sunseeen is a must have. I like the Hawaiian tropic brand, everything always smells so good and this Island sport is not exception! 

John Frieda Beach Blonde Sea Salt Spray


I have have that is naturally pretty wavy, so I love using Sea Salt spray in my hair! I used to love the Josh Frieda Blonde line, but quite because it is not cruelty free. 

Masque Bar Soothing Sheet Mask


I am with out a doubt addicted t sheet masks. This one is meant to hydrate and smooth skin. Giving you a healthier complexion.

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Treatment 


This is a cult favorite product that I have yet to try. Aussie is not cruelty free, but it is something I have always wanted to try. This is a fantastic travel size for a deep conditioner as well.

Schick Hydro Silk Women’s Razor


With the price of those box, you are essentially paying a dollar for this razor… hell yeah! Razors can be super expensive.

Sinful Colors Nail Polish “Island Coral”


This isn’t exactly my color, but you can’t beat a full sized nail polish. I will probably paaa this onto a friend.

NYX Gotcha Covered Concealer “medium”


A NYX Concealer for essentially $1!! 

This one is supposed to be infused with coconut oil, and be water proof! I really hope it is light enough for me. I doubt it though, I am fairly fair.

Target Beauty Box June 2017 | Fathers Day Edition

Father’s Day is coming up, so Target took the opportunity to also offer a men’s box this month. It contains 7 items. That makes everything $1 an item! 


Nivea Men Creme

This is something my SO has tried before and loves. He hates buying stuff like this though, because my grandmother stock piles with coupons and he gets alternatives through that. 

Specifically designed for men, this multipurpose Creme moisturizes without feeling greasy. 

Olivina Men All-in-1 Body Wash

The scent included is Burbon Ceder. I am personally in love with the scent. My SO likes it as well. It is warm and earthy, but not overly masculine. I would use it, honestly! It’s a great travel size as well. 

Schick Hydro 5 Men’s Razor

Razors are expensive. That’s all I have to say. 

Dove Men + Care Elemnets Deodorant 

I think this travel deotorant is larger than the travel Sizes at the store! It is scented with sage a smells great. It claims to protect from odor and sweat for 48 hours. I’m sure he will get use out of this.

Colgate Optic White Radiant Tooth Paste

This is supposed to be a fantastic tooth paste. Who can’t use tooth paste!? 

Everything aside, I have already stole this from him and started using it 😂 Swiped!!

Yes to Natural Men Cleansing Wipes

We do a lot of hiking and camping during the summers. I am sure these will ended up used during a trip. I have seen a lot of products like this meant for men lately! 

AXE Adrenaline Cool Charge Body Wash

I think my SO will enjoy this, but I really dislike mint. It is mint and ginger scented. It is a nice travel size though.

I may have become addicted to Ipsy offers! I got this one for $15, they have some pretty cool ones now as well! 


Beenigma All in One Face Cream

I have heard Tati “Glam Life Guru” talk a lot about this Face Cream. Honestly, I am scared to use it because of the Bee Venom… Might end up in a give away, might go to a friend. 


DHC Deep Cleansing Oil

This is going to be nice for travel. Probably isn’t cruelty free though. I should stop buying these Ipsy things, because not everything is cruelty free…even though the Beenigma claims to be..

Anyway, cleansing oils are nice, so this will come in handy. (Maybe).


Honey belle Exfoliating Sea Salt Facial Bar with oatmeal

Y’all this soap smells fantastic, I can not wait to use it!! I wish it didn’t have goat milk though. 

It is a nice sized 2oz bar.


Manefit honey and lavender face masks

I love sheet masks (I use to hate them), and these both sound great. Everything about them is in a language I can’t read though. I’m sure I can look them up.

Global Beauty Care Collagen Mask

This claims to be a spa treatment mask. To me it looks like something from a discount store,  but don’t judge a book by its cover. I am contemplating passing this one along to my mom.

That’s all that came with the bundle! I probably wouldn’t pay $15 for it again, but it will be fun to try some new Skincare.
