Ipsy June 2018 |Flying Colors

Fun fact of the day: Morning Stars veggie burgers are really good. I am not sure why I waited so long to try them!

An other fun fact, which I am sure you know, June is pride month for the LGBTQ+ community 💜

This has inspired this months Ipsy bag. The bags them self were of different shades from the rainbow, and different hues of the shades. I would have loved just a roygbv bag. But oh well!

Biobelle Sheet Masks #Unicornglow

I really enjoy Biobelle Masks. They are cruelty free, vegan, and pretty clean for inexpensive Masks! I got two of the same kind. Unicorn glow sounds pretty trendy and interesting.

Pixi Glow Tonic *Mini Size *

I have wanted to try the Glow Tonic for ages but just never picked it up. Pixi is a cruelty free brand sold at target. Be expecting a review on this product!

Makeup Forever Step 1 Primer *Trial Size*

Well, MUF is not cruelty free. Passing this along to a friend.

Doucce Luscious Lip “Holiday Getaway” *Mini*

Doucce is pending on the Logical Harmony Cruelty Free brand list. But none the less, this shade is just not for me.

I don’t even know how to describe it. But, I don’t like it.

Luxie 245 Small Shader

Y’all know by now that Luxie is my FAVORITE brush brand! One of my pictures was actually on their insta story last week!!!

Anyway, super excited about this small shader.

I would say this month is worth it for the three out of the five items I am keeping! Technically four out of six because there were two Masks.

BoxyCharm June 2018| Caribbean Queen

Fun fact, I am 22 years old and don’t have a drivers license. I am terrified of driving. I am taking the test tomorrow, so please send me good vibes!

Now for the thing you actually care about. The June 2018 BoxyCharm! BoxyCharm retails for $21 a month. You get 5-6 deluxe to full size beauty and makeup items, usually at Sephora level prices.

Alamar Reina Del Caribe $28

I saw this Palette on Kathleen Lights YouTube channel, her very good friend/makeup artist developed it. The shades are STUNNING. It is a new cruelty free brand, so I planned to purchase the palette anyway. So, I essentially just saved $7 plus shipping on the palette AND got five other products for free!

Isn’t it gorgeous!? The shades and the palette!!

Here is the first row swatched. Keep an eye out for a review. I am so excited to play with these shadows!!

Battington Monroe Silk Lashes $28

I am not going to say much about these. I am not going to use them sense they are made with 100% silk. They look pretty but, I wouldn’t consider them cruelty free. I am going to pass these along to my best friend.

Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream $10

Fun fact number two of the post, the only non vegan Sol De Janeiro product is their lip products. I have tried samples of the insanely hyped up Bum Bum Cream, but not enough to make an opinion. Be on the look out for an update, I’m intrigued.

Luxie 3 Piece Flawless Complexion Set $42

This set contains a tapered highlight brush, a precision foundation brush, and a duo fiber face brush.

Luxie brushes are by far my favorite, so I love getting them in boxes. They are very soft, and the handle are cute. I will get a ton of use out of these.

Jonteblu Waterproof Eyeliner “Dark Brown” $5

I can’t find anything about this brand being cruelty free. I am just going to pass it along if I can’t find any info on it.

I hope it is CF. It has rich pigmentation and is very soft.

Ofra Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick “Verona” $21

I really enjoy Ofras lipstick Formula. Always a welcome edition to a BC in my eyes.

This shade is right up my alley, I’m sure y’all will be seeing it on my lips a ton.

I am sure y’all already know. This months Box was 100% worth it! The palette, lipstick, brushes, and Bum Bum Cream are all cruelty free and I am excited to play with them. The other two items are easy to just pass along.

Goddess Provision June ‘18| Sacred Womb Wisdom

Today, has been a day. Work, then the doctor, then grocery shopping. Finally time to relax and look in my Goddess Provisions Box!

But first, a question. Let me know if any of you would be interested in seeing vegan grocery and lifestyle hauls. I never talk about it, but that could be helpful. Even just on instagram!

Goddess Provisions is *I believe* around $30 a month. It is full of crystals and natural and vegan products to support you on your mental, spiritual and physical journey.

This months motto. “I’m connected to my womb space. I embody the divine feminine power of creation.”

This months Box is all about nurturing the mighty power that is in your womb. I know I never think about how truly powerful the womb is, so this months Box was pretty eye opening.

Yoni Crystals Vesica Pisces Bracelet $22 Value

Wear this sacred symbol on your wrist as a reminder of the divine creative essence that resides in your womb.”

This bracelet is beautiful and delicate. It is bad made in Bali. I am definitely going to make a habit of wearing it. I think it will be a great self love tool, looking at my wrist and being reminded how much creativity and power is held in my body.

Calm-A-Mana Balance Drops $17

This hormone balancing flower essence combines clay sage, rose, yarrow, and lavender to increase feelings of comfort, stability and resilience.”

I am a firm believer that these sort of drops work. I would not replace my medicine with them, but I do think they help.

You can definitely taste the sage in these, but they don’t taste bad at all!

Sacred Lotus Yoni Steam $7

“Cleansing herbal yoni steam to support a healthy menstrual cycle, reduce stress and connect to your feminine essence.”

So, you mix some of the bend with steaming water and place it under you and use a blanket to trap the steam, then relax in bed for an hour.

This sounds great to use on a relaxing Sunday at home.

Cosmic Collage medicine Bag $25

Isn’t this bag beautiful? It is made by an artist @cosmiccollage on instagram. I am going to use this to hold some tampons and panty liners in my purse.

(If you are interested in a post about more natural feminine care let me know!!)

Lesser Evil Paleo Puffs $1.50

These vegan and grain free puffs are made with nutrient dense ingredients including cassava and sweet potato, so you can feel good snacking on them when you’ve got a savory craving.”

SO GOOD!! They taste like salt and vinegar chips. I am going to have to pick up some and other flavors.

Code Goddessle saves 15% on lesser evil.com

The texture is nice, and the flavor is one I love.

Little Moon Essentials Cramp Belly Rub $13.50

“Massage this oil featuring camphor, arnica, clary-sage, and wintergreen over your womb space to help reduce menstrual cramps.”

I have never tried a product like this before, but I really hope it works. Who doesn’t want relief from menstrual cramps? Those things suck!

Amethyst Cluster

“Amethyst is known to help bring balance, soothe the mind and calm emotions. Keep this crystal near when doing womb healing.”

Amethyst is my favorite crystal. As someone with BPD anything calming and mind soothing is what I want to have around me. It is also my spawns birthstone.

This months Box was a 10 outta 10 for me. I love it’s message and everything in it.

What subscription box do you want me to review?

Cruelty Free Drugstore Haul| Update

This is Carl! He is also super excited about cruelty free things.

If you look at the bottom shelf you can see where I am making my way through my noncruelty Free haircare! I may donate the rest to a shelter.

I think it’s important to talk about cruelty free brands at the drugstore. We can’t all afford pricey items, so it is nice to have less expensive options. Be on the look out for more drugstore posts!

*you can see prices in my previous post **

Flower Beauty Draw the Line brow pencil

I loveeeee this brow pencil. It isn’t the thinnest, but it is really easy to blend out and it didn’t budge. If I can’t find a thinner one, I will probably go back to this pencil!

Found beauty Illuminating Baked Blush “Peach Glow”

I really enjoyed the subtle glow and warmth this blush gave me. The other one “rose Glow” that I purchased from the line is beautiful as well. I think I am going to have to pick up another shade or two!

Wet N Wild Shadow Quad “Flock Party”

I will be honest, as a whole I did not like this palette. I love the shades on their own, but this isn’t a one and done palette, I had to pull in mad for matte by elf.

But, if you don’t have a cranberry shimmer in your collection- get this palette. Individually the shades are awesome. Inexpensive and pigmented. And in theory you could use only this palette for a look, I just personally couldn’t get that to happen.

If you don’t have these shades or just want some drugstore options, I would pick this guy up. I did get a ton of compliments on the eye look I did, I thought it wasn’t a good look, so the shadows must be doing their job.

Physicians Formula Healthy Wear Foundation

I just wanted to start off by saying I hate the applicator. I have to dip into the bottle a ton. I think that also may contribute to how tight the stopper is on it. Contemplating taking the stopper out.

When you apply the foundation it definitely gives a your skin but better look. I have it on in the two previous photos and I though my skin looked great. I blended it out with a beauty blender and it was super easy to work with, and you don’t need to use a whole lot of product.

8hours later

For 8 hours in an office whose AC went out, I think this foundation held up fairly well. I was impressed. I did get shiny, but that’s my oily skins fault. I also didn’t touch up with concealer or powder at all.

Here is another picture with the foundation right after application. I think it is the perfect everyday foundation. BUT I do think the shade selection is terrible. The Wet N Wild foundation that the entire world talks about is also very similar to it. But, if you don’t mind paying the extra few bucks, I say pick up the Physicians Formula Heathy Skin Foundation.

Over all

I am really happy with this haul!! The only thing I don’t absolutely love is the quad and that’s mainly because I think it needs a dark matte, but I also wouldn’t want to loose any of the shades in it….

Basically, if you see any of these items I think they are more than worth getting your hands on!

What are some CrueltyFree products you would love to see reviewed??

Cruelty Free Drugstore Haul | I just needed a brow pencil.

I am such an impulse shopper. I just wanted a brow pencil that didn’t cost $20…But, then I saw a $3 off coupon on the newer Physicians Formula foundation.

Physicians Formula Healthy Skin Foundation “LC1” $12.99

I have wanted to give this foundation a try from the moment I heard it start to be hyped up. Anytime a Cruelty Free drugstore product is being hyped up I, one get really excited that a cruelty free item is getting attention, and two need it for myself.

Every time I went to get it the lightest shade, which I needed, was sold out. This time there was one left…and a coupon!

Found Beauty Baked Illuminating Blushes “Rose Glow” & “Peach Glow” $8.88

I have heard mixed reviews about the Found Beauty line, so I decided I need to give some items from the line a go for myself. I wanted to try some new blushes, so I started with these.

They are really pigmented and definitely stick true to the claim of illumination!

Flower Beauty Brow Pencil $7.99

This is the only reason I was I the beauty aisles. I am hoping that it will replace higher end brow pencils for me.

Wet N’ Wild Baked Blush “Humming Bird Hype” $4.99

This is the only one of the limited edition blushes that really seemed like it may work for me. The other was a pale pink and there was also one that was almost a cranberry shade.

I do like peach shades, so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to give this a try. Iris less than $5.

Wet N’ Wild “Flock Party” Quad $2.93

I really enjoy Wet N’ Wild eyeshadows. I also really enjoy the colors that have been grouped together in this quad. The gold/ cranberry trend is one I can actually support.

I may have to pull in another matte or two, but I mean it’s less than $3!!!

That is all for my little haul. Keep your eyes open for an update post and more hauls!
