I found the Wet n Wild spring 2016 collection at my local Kmart, but I am not as impressed with it as I wanted to be. The shadows do not have the typical awesome pigmentation that the color icon shadows are know for. The highlighters really just do not show up when applied to the face.

As you can see the pink crease shade has very little actual color to it, you just get a ton of spray over shimmer. In the look that I will have at the end of this post this is what I used on my eyes.
TO IN-DI-O I GO GO
There is just so much flaky shimmer. And again the actual pigmentation of the shadows are not great, or even good. I would say to for sure skip the eye shadow palettes this time. Man, I really hate to say that because I am such a huge Wet n Wild fan.
THE HIGHLIGHTERS
I wanted to love these so badly. Maybe it was the way I applied it, and should play around with this product more, but it just did nothing. They are beautiful to look at in the pan, I wish it was the same way on the skin.
THE LOOK Light and Springy
Before anyone else says it, yes I know these pictures look terrible. I needed to get this post up and my selfie game with my camera is weak.
As you can see, the color of the shadows does not really show up when applied. And yes, I used fix plus. The highlighter is also a no show. All in all I would say skip these products, Wet n Wild has other products that are holy grail for me, but these were just a dud.

While working, we usually have to stop by Dollar General at least once a day. We use the Skittles candles as “free gifts” to help achieve knock ins. I got in almost every house I knocked this week but 2! #Kirby :p
Anyway….during one of these stops I decided to look at the new makeup items, and was instantly pretty pumped when I saw these palettes! Everyone is trying the matte eye shadow look, but it can be pretty hard to find good quality, inexpensive matte palettes and shadows. I am really bad about not using the products I have. So, I have decided to start using a different palette everyday! I decided to start with on of my favorites!!
I used bare as my transition shade, corduroy in my crease, and pink mauve on the lid. I tried to get the lighting better so it was easier to see, but alas I failed.

I am a lip product junkie. High end, drug store, I don’t care. So when I came across the very picked over Jordana display at my local KMart I was glad that there were at least three shades remaining of the Sweet Creme matte liquid lip colors that I could try.

Over all:
I really enjoy this product. It has a delicious smell and taste. The pigmentation is great and very long lasting. Even when the product starts to fade it leaves a beautiful stain to your lips. I would be careful right after application though, because it can transfer to your teeth and around your lips easily. If that is something you can’t stand or hate strong scents then this product is not for you. But, if you are like me and the scent doesn’t faze you and you don’t mind being a bit more careful after application, than run out and find as many of these babies as you can!!
